Battery backup and water-powered backup options are available so a power outage doesn't undo your protection.
Falmouth, KY water tables and storm patterns vary enough that a pump that's right for one property can be wrong for the next. We test inflow rate during inspection so the pump we recommend actually matches your basement's real conditions.

Battery backup add-ons are priced separately and clearly, so you can decide what fits your budget.
Oversized or undersized pumps both cause problems — sizing it correctly the first time avoids premature failure.

If it's an active failure with water rising, we prioritize same-day dispatch.
A technician checks basin size, current pump condition, and how fast water is actually entering the basin during testing.
We explain why a given pump size fits your situation instead of just quoting the most expensive option.
We test the new pump under load, including a simulated power outage if a backup system is installed, before we leave.
